TREETOPS

The Treetops is large enough for two families and is equipped with many luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house has TV with DISH satellite, DVD player, telephone, central air/heat, full kitchen and large open fireplace (firewood provided seasonally). Three roll-away beds with linens are included.

The 20x40 garage and game room is suitable for motorcycles, sportscar or boat. Bring your toys and store them safely.  Garage includes a regulation pool table and an extra refrigerator.

The full kitchen includes pots, pans, all utensils, a coffee maker and Keurig, dishwasher and microwave. A washer and dryer are in the basement. The house has central air and heat to make your stay comfortable year round. You'll find free wireless WiFi Internet access and a Verizon cell phone signal booster.

Both downstairs bedrooms have two double (full size) beds each, and one of the bedrooms has a roll-away bed with linens. Both upstairs bedrooms are spacious, each with two double (full size) beds and two roll-away beds with linens. Linens, towels and paper goods are provided with your rental. There is one full bath downstairs and one full bath upstairs, both with large walk in showers.

An open porch and large deck look out into the tops of poplar, oak, dogwood and hickory trees - hence the name Treetops. The decks have picnic tables and gas barbecue. Enjoy the luxurious six person hot tub (new tub 2022). The additional one car garage is suitable for extra motorcycle/car storage.

Outdoor entertaining is easy with the large open deck and nearby fire pit. There is plenty of parking for cars, trailers, and motorcycles.

The Treetops, The Point, and The Ridge are conveniently located within walking distance.
